Command office for commercial construction sites

If you're a project super running a 12–24 month build, a permanent office on site is the difference between RFIs answered same-day and RFIs answered next week. $19,999 for the standard 20′ build, or upgrade to a 40′ with a partitioned conference area for owner walks and pre-cons.

What we build for GC supers

40′ with partitioned conference area

+$8,000 over standard. Front section: super's desk, plan table, file cabinet. Back section: partitioned conference room for owner walks, pre-cons, sub coordination meetings. Two mini-splits so each side has its own temp.

200A panel for the field office

+$1,500 over standard 100A. Recommended if you're running multiple monitors, a plotter, coffee station, and a microwave from the same unit. Keeps you off the temp pole during peak load.

Half bath

+$3,500 for toilet + sink. On long builds with porta-johns five minutes from the trailer, the half-bath pays for itself in time saved before month four.

Branded wrap with company logo

+$4,500. Matters more than it should — owners and inspectors take you more seriously when the site office isn't a generic white box. Designer-supplied wrap, full coverage.

Standard build covers most GC needs

If you're a project super running a build in the $1–10M range, the standard $19,999 20′ unit handles it. The 40′ configuration above is for $10M+ projects with frequent owner meetings or multi-trade coordination needs.

  • Insulated walls + climate control: usable from day one of site activation
  • 100A panel and outlets at workstation height: no janky power strip rats nests
  • Steel fire door with deadbolt: plan sets and signed paperwork stay locked
  • Movable to next job — sell or relocate the unit when this site closes out
