Built-in security features
Standard. Replace with an electronic keypad lock (+$380) so shift changes don't require key handoffs.
Sight line to the gate without compromising security. Add a second window on the opposite side (+$450) for 360° visibility.
Conduit + cable runs to four exterior corners. Provides everything a camera installer needs without crawling on the roof.
Cameras + 1TB DVR pre-installed and tested. You arrange remote monitoring or recording retrieval.
Why a container vs. a portable guard shack
- Cannot be tipped or moved by hand — empty 20′ container weighs ~5,000 lbs. Vandalism resistance is significantly higher than a fiberglass guard shack.
