A level, firm pad — gravel, packed dirt, or pavement all work. The unit sits on the original container corner blocks; no foundation, no permits in most jurisdictions. We'll talk through your site when you order.
In most rural and ag-zoned areas, no permit needed — the unit is a piece of equipment, not a structure. In municipal zones it varies. We'll point you to the right people at your local building department if you need a permit pulled.
Standard build has a 100A main panel with a service inlet on the exterior. A licensed electrician runs the supply from your site source (panel, drop, or generator) to the inlet. Takes a couple hours.

Yes. Delivery is quoted per loaded mile beyond our 50-mile free zone. For 200+ mile hauls we factor fuel, tolls, and overnight if needed. See our Minneapolis page for an example.
Yes — common request. We add an interior partition wall and keep the original rear container doors as a secure storage entrance. Office in front, locked tool storage in back. About +$1,200.
